Day 282 of the 365 to 40 project. A look along the sharp edge of a scalpel from my dissection kit. Why on earth do I have a dissection kit? I picked up on a few years ago from a university supply shop and honestly the variety of tweezers, speciality scissors and even occasionally the scalpels are exceptionally handy for macro photography work. When moving things into place or removing distracting elements it has helped numerous times. I doesn’t come out into the field as carrying blades like this is sometimes not the smartest move in public but some of the tweezers are good to have to hand anywhere.
