Day 115 of the 365 to 40 project. As some of you may have noticed its bloody hot in Australia at the moment. Even now as it approaches 9pm it is currently still sitting at 33c (91.4f) and as such we opted for a no cook dinner consisting of cheese, biscuits and vegetables. This is a look at the cross section of a bit of celery showing of its hexagonal tubes.
